Healing Glossary

Aura Cleansing (BYOSEN): BYOSEN is a Reiki method in which the practitioner scans a client's body to find the areas most in need of Reiki healing. This will help the Reiki practitioner determine the areas they need to focus on during the Reiki session. (1) 

Karuna Reiki®: According to the International Center for Reiki Training, Karuna Reiki® is a form of Reiki that diminishes the suffering of others. (2)​

Kekko Massage: When combined with Reiki, Kekko massage increases blood circulation with the use of light strokes and tapping to help support the nervous system, release tension, and remove toxins. (3)

KOFUTU: When used in combination with other forms of Reiki, the use of KOFUTU helps the Reiki practitioner work with the client to unblock energy to be released. (4) 

Tibetan Bowl Vibrational Healing: Tibetan singing or vibrational bowls are a form of sound therapy that is believed to relax the mind and body, which can help with lowering stress, improving sleep, and reducing symptoms of depression. (5)

Microcurrent Point Stimulation: Using the Dolphin Neurostim™ tool, microcurrents are delivered to the soft tissue to allow the body to release natural endorphins aiding in pain relief and reducing stress. (7) With the use of these microcurrents, the body can experience muscle relaxation and a deep healing response. (8)



Pyramid Healing: Using the power of the copper pyramid and crystals infused with Reiki energy, this method is used during Reiki and healing sessions to clear and balance the chakra.
